Meet Chief Dom Pascal

According to TVLine, Veteran actor Dermot Mulroney is joining the Chicago Fire family as Chief Dom Pascal. With a background as a fire chief in Miami and roots in Chicago, Pascal is sure to bring a fresh dynamic to our beloved firehouse.

"Pascal's leadership style will be different than Boden's, and it will be interesting to see how Station 51 adapts to this new dynamic."

While Mulroney's character is slated to be a series regular, fans shouldn't get too comfortable. There's speculation that this might be a temporary position, with possibilities of Herrmann (David Eigenberg) potentially moving up the ranks in the future.

A Familiar Face in a New Role

Dermot Mulroney is no stranger to the world of firefighting dramas, having previously appeared in "Station 19". His extensive career, including roles in "My Best Friend's Wedding" and "August: Osage County", promises to bring depth and charisma to Chief Pascal.
