The 'Blue Bloods' family is saying goodbye. Donnie Wahlberg marked his final day on set with an emotional Instagram post, thanking the cast, crew, and fans for 14 incredible years. But it's not all tears; the cast also found time for some lighthearted fun during their final days of filming.

As Blue Bloods concludes its 14-year run, Donnie Wahlberg has confirmed his last day of filming on set. The actor, who has kept fans engaged with behind-the-scenes glimpses throughout the final season, took a moment to reflect on the show's legacy.

Wahlberg shared a poignant video on Instagram, showing him arriving on set from his New Kids On The Block tour bus. In the caption, he expressed his gratitude:

"Not sure I have the words to describe how I feel about today, or the last 14 years on this special Blue Bloods journey, but I do know how incredibly thankful I am for every moment of it."

He extended his appreciation to the cast, crew, guest stars, and every department involved in the production. Wahlberg also acknowledged New York City, where the show has been filmed, and thanked the NYPD for their support over the years.

The actor emphasized the importance of the fans, stating, "We don't make it 14 days (nevermind 14 years) without you! Your love and support for this show has been one of the great blessings of my life."

Despite the bittersweet atmosphere, the Blue Bloods cast maintained high spirits. Wahlberg recently shared a video featuring co-stars Bridget Moynahan, Will Estes, Vanessa Ray, Sami Gayle, Tony Terraciano, Andrew Terraciano, and Will Hochman participating in a dance challenge to "lighten the mood."

While filming has concluded, fans can look forward to eight more episodes when Blue Bloods returns this fall for its final run. In the meantime, seasons 1-14 are available for streaming on Paramount+.
